We interview all the job seekers on our database personally and also
test their skills levels, that way we can be sure to match the right
person to your job opportunity. We won't waste your time with
unsuitable applicants.
Proactive
approach
Although we do have an existing database of job seekers we do not rely
solely on this. We have adopted a multi media approach utilising our
website, trade publications and local press to attract candidates.
Unfortunately this is often not enough therefore we offer a
procurement management service - we go and find the candidate.
